Elwyn & Palmer is providing structural engineering services to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for a seismic upgrade project for the Elizabeth Tunnel. This 5 mile long tunnel crosses the San Andreas fault north of Los Angeles and carries a significant amount of the water supply for the city of LA.
